I love the way balsamic vinegar goes thick and sticky and sweet when it is roasted, and the flavour pairs brilliantly with Brussels sprouts.
I first tried this combo when I made an early Christmas dinner for some friends (one of whom is also following slimming world) and it went down a storm.
Balsamic Brussels
sticky, sweet balsamic vinegar beautifully coats perfectly roasted sprouts. Worthy of a place on any roast dinner.

Ingredients
- 500 g brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste

pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C

tail and peel the sprouts

put in a roasting tray

sprinkle with salt and pepper and pour over the balsamic vinegar
