100ml stirred through pasta would then be 1.07g Omega 6 and 3.7g Omega 3.
A single tbsp drizzled on a bagel would be 0.16g Omega 6 and 0.56g Omega 3.
Peas Pesto

- 2 cup peas
- 120 grams spinach
- 2 tbsp flaxseed oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp chilli flakes
- 30 grams pecorino
- 1 tsp dried mint
- salt and pepper to taste
- dash pasta water to loosen it up
