Pasta Primavera

Ingredients
- 75 grams dried white pasta
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 red pepper sliced
- 1 cup broccoli chopped
- 0.5 cup frozen peas
- 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 10 leaves fresh basil
- 1 tbsp kerrygold butter
Instructions

put the pasta in salted water and cook according to pack instructions

sauté garlic, red pepper and chopped broccoli in the butter until starting to soften (about 5 minutes) then add the peas and stir until they are warmed through

toss cooked pasta with sautéed vegetables, a dash of pasta water, flax oil, lemon juice and torn basil leaves.
